Acknowledgement
We acknowledge traditional inhabitants of Victoria are the five peoples of the Kulin nation. Respect is offered to past, present and future elders of all spiritual traditions. May we find together a generous way to accommodate those in need of refuge. Let us be cool in striving individually and together to overcome inequality, violence, disengagement, tragedy and injustice wherever it may be. Let us honour, savor and enjoy results of mindful effort so more thrive peacefully with less effort in our place called home.
Rebirth
The Buddhist Religious Instruction program (bRI) has been effectively taking rest since 2016 with the exception of 2 continuing schools and 4 dedicated Instructors.

With renewed commitment, bRI begins again in earnest with many existing strengths:
- 2 Active participatory Government Schools
- A functional Discovering Buddha Resource Manual full of easy to understand lesson plans, activities, meditations and much more
- Discovering Buddha is purchasable in hard copy since 2008 and been delivered within Australia and extended to such far away places as Canada, Indonesia, Myanmar and India to name a small selection. It is compliant with current Victorian Government primary school requirements for instruction delivery outside of school hours”
- Ongoing Oversight/Endorsement by Religions for Peace and a partnership in training delivery to volunteers
